Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops... (Proverbs 3:9)

Door of Hope believes the “tithe” (10% of a person’s income) is to be given to the local church where the individual is spiritually fed, equipped for ministry and released to do kingdom exploits.

The “offering” is any amount above the tithe given to various ministries within the body of Christ, whether inside the local church or other charitable organizations.
